Sports naturally provide a powerful opportunity to build confidence through developing performance and character. A mentoring focus builds on this platform to intentionally develop moral character. At NorthStar, we believe every moment matters. Through soccer, mentorship, and faith formation, we help young people develop the character, resilience, and leadership they will carry into the rest of their lives.

At NorthStar, we believe soccer is more than a game—it’s a platform to shape who our players become.
The “Unlock the Values” Campaign is our way of intentionally investing in the character development of every athlete we serve. Through this campaign, we are focusing on three core values that define who we are and who we’re building our players to be.
But these values don’t just happen—they are taught, modeled, and reinforced through everything we do. That takes time, mentorship, and resources.​
How It Works
When you give, you’re not just making a donation; you’re choosing to invest in a specific value we are working to develop in our players.
Each gift helps us move closer to “unlocking” that value across our programs. As milestones are reached, those values will be featured on our team jerseys, serving as a constant reminder to our players, families, and community of what we stand for.
