“Stronger Together” reminds us that every coach, player, parent, and supporter plays a vital part in God’s work through NorthStar.
This Giving Tuesday, we’re launching something special, a peer-to-peer movement built on community, connection, and shared purpose.
Our goal is simple but powerful: 50 NorthStar Champions, each reaching 10 friends.
Together, we hope to bring in 500 financial contributors who believe in hope, access, and opportunity for our youth.
When people hear your story, why you care, why NorthStar matters, why this work is changing lives, they listen. They’re moved. And together, we can build something bigger than any one person can do alone.

Setting up a Fundraising Page
It's simple, just click the button below.
You'll create an account, select End of year fundraiser for the campaign, and choose one of three options: Create an individual fundraising page, start a fundraising team or join a team.
Basically, if you have a group that would like to work together to raise funds for NorthStar, then one of you can start a fundraising team and others can join. If you'd prefer to raise funds as an individual, then just choose that option.
Regardless of the option you choose, you'll then get to set your personal fundraising goal, and name your page. You can customize it more if you like, but if you prefer, you can skip to the end and just publish the page.
If you are creating a team page, you'll set up a goal for your team, and everyone who joins will help contribute to that amount.
And that is all it takes! You can share the page with friends and family and encourage them to donate to help you reach your fundraising goal.
Problem
A lack of financial resources makes team sports/soccer participation challenging for many of the families we serve. The same lack of family and community resources heightens negative societal influence on our kids.
Solution
We aim to make our programs accessible to families while equipping coaches to teach character through the NorthStar values: Responsibility, Resilience, and Reverence. We impact kids spiritually through team devotionals and strong coach relationships and provide diverse Leadership Development opportunities.
Outcome
We’ve grown to 280 kids across multiple ages and competition levels, with many staying for years. Select players advance to Leadership Development and Mentoring programs, while youth in Referee Training secure local positions. As we continue to promote character growth in our programs, we hope our players will embody the NorthStar values both on and off the field.
